2. Prices and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in euros and include VAT. We accept VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Payment will only be charged once your item is shipped.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Gogo Inc. strives to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. We offer free worldwide shipping, with estimated delivery within 5-10 business days. During peak periods, there may be delays. If the delivery point is full, your package may be redirected to the nearest available point. Should you experience any issues, please contact our customer service team.

4. Right of Complaint

In compliance with the Japanese Sale of Goods Act, you have a 2-year warranty for product defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use. To claim, please notify us within a reasonable time upon discovering the defect. If your claim is valid, we will cover reasonable shipping costs for returns. Please contact us before returning any product.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive the item. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please notify us within this period. The item must be returned in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the product has signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and function, a deduction may be made.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are issued using the original payment method and will include all payments received from you, including delivery costs. However, additional costs due to selecting a delivery method other than standard will not be refunded. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received, typically within 14 days.

7. Returns During Sales

Please note that items purchased during promotional sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

We collect personal data necessary for fulfilling orders. This includes name, address, phone number, and email. Personal data is stored securely for five years per Japanese law. We collaborate with third-party processors who comply with data protection standards and handle data exclusively on our behalf.

The terms of this agreement are governed by Japanese law, and any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan, specifically the Sendai District Court, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
